Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment Getting Free Updates
Good news for Switch owners! Even though Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment just came out on Switch, the developers are already planning free updates.
The official Zelda Musou social media account announced that two free updates are in development. These updates will let players enjoy the game "for even longer."
We don't know when these updates will arrive or what they'll include. However, new playable characters seem likely. Who would you like to see added?
Age of Imprisonment is a prequel to The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and the latest in the Warriors series crossover. Previous Zelda Warriors games include Hyrule Warriors and Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, a spin-off of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
In other Zelda news, the live-action Zelda movie is now filming in New Zealand and is expected to be released in 2027.
